How does it work?
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from Ariesoutlets If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option to return the product.
Return Conditions:
The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. After approval, you have 7 days to ship the product.
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
1. Register
You can only report a return within the first 14 days after receiving your order. What to include in your email:
– Reason for return
– Order number
– Name/address as indicated on the order
Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition/original packaging.

2. Packaging
Pack your items. Do not forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instructions:
Pack the package exactly as you received it.
Please ensure the package is packed securely so it arrives at Ariesoutlets undamaged.
Print the packing slip and include it with the return.
Place the return label over the old shipping label.
3. Ship
Drop off the package at a post office. Please keep your receipt until we have processed your return. You are responsible for shipping and ensuring the return package reaches us properly! We cannot take responsibility if your package is not properly registered or does not reach us.

4. Refund
After receiving your return, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Note:
Pack the item carefully and, if possible, in its original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product with care to avoid damage. Ariesoutlets reserves the right to claim compensation for damage caused by insufficient packaging. This means that if the product shows signs of use, we may have to charge additional costs.
